- Questions you ask the AI chat
- Your study progress, such as the syllabus topics you tick and the PYQs you attempt
- Payment information, which Razorpay processes. We do not store card details

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration

2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our UPSC optional exam preparation platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To deliver AI-powered answer evaluation and chat features
- To send important service notifications about your account
- To reach you about new features, materials, offers and discounts, using the mobile number you provide during onboarding
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay, to process payments
- Google, for sign-in
- AI providers, to check your answers and reply in the chat. We send only what a request needs. Your answers, as photos, PDFs or typed text, go to Mistral AI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) and Groq to be read and marked. Your chat questions go to Anthropic and Groq for the reply, and to Voyage AI to search the books for it. These providers process the content to return a result, under their own terms.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request erasure of your personal data

- Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
